I want to give a shout out to Hailing Zhong of Realty Home Pros since she has been so helpful in my search for investment homes.She knows Jacksonville from a real estate investors point of view and saved me a ton of time finding good quality investor rentals. She knows my concerns as a small investor and answered every question I had with solid facts and realistic numbers. Guess it doesn't hurt that she has an engineering background. She as a good eye for needed repairs and approximate costs. I hope for a long and fruitful relationship with Hailing.
