Agent Sven Englund was a complete disappointment. As someone who lives out of state that was trying to sell an inherited condo, I was relying upon his so called "expertise" and ability to properly coordinate the process. He rushed my condo onto the MLS and Zillow before it was ready for showing, resulting in more than a month passing before it was prepared for interested buyers to view. Since the first month is the most crucial for generating interest, this severely impacted the marketability and prospects for a quick sale of my property. Ruth Weizman is the worst licensed realtor I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! She clearly lacks an understanding of contract law and cannot answer simple questions about the condos she represents (eg Is there a washer & dryer?). The unit ($2100 per month with over $6000 up front) I rented from her client was dirty, tile grout is black when original was nearly white, walls were not repainted, original paint can be seen underneath an old paint job, broken floorboards, wooden floor with gaps between some planks around 1 inch so the subfloor is exposed, and broken screen on the back porch. Ruth also did not make sure the HOA was given my application in a timely manner even though she required the application go through her. In fact, when I arrived from Colorado trying to move in,

i enjoy shopping at aroma very much. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the prices of the food is affordable. they have some of the best sushi, which i enjoy very much. a very large appetizering department, chicken, fish, beef, and cole slaw. they even catered well. one of my favorite places to shop.

This company allowed the homeowner to sue me for my deposit as well as make false claims against me. They do not have the tenants best interest only the landlord... I sent the property manager a video of the how I left the home and picture and when he did his walk through he sent me a text stating the house was perfect. 36 days later I received a letter stating I damaged the home.
