Upset. Put in my application and paid my rental fee for me and my husband and never heard back from anyone. They don't answer phones and rarely answer emails. And when they did email back they said they didn't have rental verification. Nobody ever notified me of this neither by phone or email. I would at least appreciate proof that they really did run my credit. I guess that's why they ask for cash or money orders so they could do this.

I'm not sure what some of the complaints about lagging service is coming from. I have had nothing but a pleasant experience with this company. Less than 24hrs I called with a maintenance issue it was immediately addressed and fixed as soon as it was brought to their attention. This is a company filled with people who care and genuinely try to do their best. It's to remember that attitude and understanding is everything and it goes both ways. The negative reviews are not always accurate give them a try yourself. Realty Fresno really tries to work with and for their tenants. Cost Less Plumbing was also wonderful and quick.

Filled out application paid the fee back on July 14 and it’s August 11 and never heard back and no one will answer the phone went by the office no one was there it look abandon wasted my time and money don’t apply here it’s obvious going by there properties they don’t take care of them but I need a place that fits my voucher but there not worth it

A great company with excellent customer service and great follow up. My son rented a home from them and he never experienced any issues. I would highly recommend. He paid his rent on time and caused no issues. Anytime there was a concern, it was addressed immediately. Thank you for your professionalism.
