Sue emailed me right after I inquired about one of the properties, I went in and she was wonderful to walk me through the process and answered all my questions. She got me right over to look at the place I was interested in, such wonderful people to work with

I am so happy that I walked into Realty Express two years ago. Sue is absolutely the best. She spoke to me for quite a while and got to know a little bit about me and my needs for a rental. She made some suggestions, had me fill out paperwork, and I was pretty much approved that day. Two years later, I still have the rental and I speak to Sue monthly. Realty Express is on top of everything, and they take care of any problems or answer any questions immediately and fairly. I have met several people in St George that have used other rental companies and real estate offices, and have absolute nightmare stories. I highly recommend this office. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely wonderful rental company. Any problems or issues were dealt with immediately. Communication was always quick, easy, and efficient. Sue is so great and easy to work with. Very friendly, kind, and compassionate. If we ever move back to Southern Utah we will definitely look at rental properties with them!

Our experience with Realty Express has been great throughout the years! Whenever we’ve needed anything fixed or checked out, they’re on it immediately and send someone to help. We’ve mostly interacted with Sue Paul, who is absolutely fantastic and really cares about the wellbeing of the tenants. It’s been a smooth and positive experience with them, more so than any other property management group I’ve interacted with as a tenant. Highly recommend!

I loved renting from realty express! They are so nice and willing to help with anything. Sue has become a good friend and is happy to see those who come in! The only thing I would suggest is creating a way to pay rent online. Coming in every month with a check was kind of a hassle... but I didn't mind too much because then I got to see the secretary Sue :) I also appreciated how if there was something that needed to be fixed, someone would come fix it not long after I called. I would definitely recommend renting from Realty Express!
