He always answered my texts when I saw something pop up for sale and scheduled a showing as soon as the very next day when possible! He made us feel comfortable and at ease with every step of the process from looking at several houses a day all the way through the closing process. He was so patient and helpful through every phase and moment (ups and downs) of selling, and then buying my forever home.
