Two years ago I purchased a home that had been flipped by RealTek. About six months later, the grout between the kitchen floor tiles began to come up. I don't know enough about floors to know how much of a problem it was, so I didn't worry about it at first. Eventually I noticed the tiles shifting ever so slightly underfoot. I brought a handyman in and he told me that most likely the subfloor was not properly attached to the studs, and I realized the problem was much bigger than I'd been thinking. Through channels, RealTek was contacted with the assumption that since the floor had been improperly installed, maybe they would help with a fix.
