First apartment I have rented and it has been really easy communicating with RealNet. If there any issues, we can get a same day response from them. Luckily we haven’t had any urgent issues, but I have no doubt it would get acknowledged right away.

I rented from Realnet for a little over two years. I had no issues with them and they were very attentive when required. Every interaction was professional and courteous. Moreover, all of the paperwork was in order from the outset with no ambiguity in the lease agreement. Would rent from them again!

Excellent communicators, polite, well organized, and very professional. I recommend them and would definitely work with them again.

This property management is the worst property management I have come across in my 10 years of renting in San Diego. The managers/ owners Erica Nixon and Jacqui Cono are unprofessional, agressive and not dependable. They moved my mom into a place that was filthy, numerous broken things and has a rat infestation. My mom has paid her rent and been a perfect tenant. They refuse to fix anything including the items that were broken when she moved in: the heater, laundry room, bathtub and the list goes on. They did not inform my mom there is a rat infestation which was treated by a handyman and not an exterminator. They have poor attitudes, haven’t kept their word and continue to lie about the many issues. We have had to take legal action. I would not recommend renting from them in any of their

I have been a of Real Net for one year with no heat in my unit and nothing has been done about this matter. I also have not had a washing machine for two months because my washing macine was leaking and making loud noises, I’ve had to take my close out of the apartment to get them washed so much stress especially during this Covid time stress I don’t need.
