Worst company to deal with. I attempt to pay them for a listing and they cannot even do the simplest of tasks and charge my card properly. And then, when I list -- they accuse my company of being some sort of scam and ask me to prove ownership of my own property. What did I even pay the $200 for? To sit around and reply to emails all day? Do yourself a BIG favor and don't even bother dealing with this terrible company.

My husband and I definitely do not recommend this agency. Nothing but lies, and dishonest. They will try to take your money and just tell you what you want to hear. Ruthless company. Especially when your husband is sick with cancer. Brandon, what comes around, goes around. Very sad.

I would like to thank this agency and service for helping me save over $20.000 dollars on the sale of my house. Because they charge a FLAT FEE, I thought I would have to compromise on Professionalism and responsiveness and, that WAS NOT the case. Everytime I had questions or concerns and sent an email, they responded WITHIN an hour or so. All in all, it was an excellent experience and GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would use them AGAIN. Thank you, Realmart!

Very unprofessional. Would not recommend working with them at all. Pulling out of a contract at last possible second, leaving us to think we had our dream house after 3 days of agreement. AGREED to our terms then backed out when we wanted a home inspection. They didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know, our realtor had to try to get into contact with them after being unresponsive. Very shady, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Avoid at all costs!

We used Realmart as our selling agent to sell our house, we are extremely satisfied with their service. Jack is very knowledgable and professional, he gave us a lot of advice along the process, Penny handled the day to day operation, she is very responsive and down to detail. We highly recommend their service.
