Do NOT employ this company, no matter what you do. We have been without laundry machines for over 40 DAYS!!!!!! And there are NO laundry facilities in out town. At all. I have called 5 TIMES and written 4 emails and am told that "next week" the issue will be fixed. UPDATE!!!! I just went to do my laundry after 2 months after Vision Community Management informed me that NEW washing machines were installed on Friday, December 5. ONE of the machines is BROKEN and 1/2 filled with water ( see photos) and they are BOTH old and disgusting! Where did they come from, the junkyard????? WHERE IS OUR HOA MONEY AND LAUNDRY MONEY GOING?? Because it SURELY isn't going to repair, maintenance and purchase of equipment!!!

Pamela has been a tremendous asset to our community. She has partnered closely with our HOA Board and has played a key role in getting our neighborhood back on track. RealManage recently took over managing our Association and they've been very quick responding to every email I've sent. I've been very impressed by this, as the other company really drug their feet. I had once sent in a request to add a security door and the 45 day period was almost up and I hadn't heard anything. I called them wondering what was going on and they said they had nothing from me. After me telling them when I sent the form and to whom, the guy said that the person I sent it to quit that same day. So in almost 45 days, they never thought to check her inbox? From the time I ordered the door to install was about 5 months.
