For years now I have pushed Amber to address weeds and landscaping upkeep in North Creek Farms. I even drove with her around the neighborhood to make the list for citations for weeds and landscaping issues at one point…that she never issued notices to. For over FOUR years or more I have pushed and pushed all year round to get them to do their entire contracted job. All they really care about is financial admin work. They do not fulfill their responsibilities of the actual neighborhood upkeep unless forced to by others. People should not have to tell you to do the job you are CONTRACTED to do over and over again. As a homeowner at a condo, I've had the pleasure of working with Tara McNeill and she has been very communicative and I feel has been an advocate for what our condo organization needs. Many of our units have had a lot of flooding issues, and she's been there to communicate with our HOA board to try and figure out what can be done for repairs. I've never had a positive experience like this before with a property management company, so I'm very grateful. As a single parent, and someone who works hard to take care of and pay for my home, I'm grateful that someone actually cares enough to try and get our basic needs met so that the flooding (at owners' expenses) doesn't keep happening. I hope that the prop management company continues to advocate for us, especially since our HOA dues are $400/

We had our annual HOA meeting 11/18/25 for the Village at Boyd Lake. Leslie Ashford did a great job in giving homeowners information, allowing questions and discussion during the meeting.

This company is horrific. DO NOT hire. They towed cars belonging to homeowners (accidently) with no apology or refunding of fees. Increase the HOA constantly while the complex falls apart with safety hazards for tripping and safety concerns, and do not listen to homeowners needs AT ALL. They just collect money without showing where it goes.

This is review is of my recent experience with Amanda of RealManage, and is my first interaction with our new HOA management company. I am making some arrangements for installation of Solar Power on my house and needed some information and instructions, and Amanda reacted promptly and in great detail, and provided assurance of future assistance. It makes me confident that we will have great interactions in the future, as well. Looking forward to it! Kamen
