RealManage has been an outstanding partner to work with. Their team is responsive, organized, and truly committed to supporting the communities they manage. Communication is clear and timely, and any issues or questions are handled with professionalism and urgency.

Communication/follow up problems. Work order from 12/9 is still open. First filed early October. Mgr has not followed up. Had to personally talk to maintenance worker to get problem resolved two weeks after 2nd request. Asked for deck renovation to be postponed until next month. Got a call Friday still scheduled for this month. Our answering machine still has previous manager's name and message 3 months later. Calls from Mgr comes from 800 number and you have to call a call center at 800 number to reach the mgr even to return his calls. Maintenance man is very good.
