I live in Seven Hills, and while I just can't speak much about the HOA management directly due to minimal interaction, I have been extremely impressed with their activities director, Shelly. I cannot say enough about her. She loves what she does, and she absolutely SHINES at it. She plans extensively and always keeps the kiddos in mind. We went to an event in the neighborhood this morning for Valentine's Day, and I was just so elated with the decorating, food, and love that Shelly and her ladies poured into it all. And in fairness, Stephen Haines serves on our board now, and I have had great interactions with him. I can imagine managing a large neighborhood like ours comes with frustration (for all of us), but I think Shelly is absolutely wonderful, and we are lucky to have her and Stephen

So happy with this company running the HOA in Seven Hills. I love this community so much, I’m now on my 3rd home in the same community! Shelly Walter especially has really come in and totally transformed the activities in our community. She’s a rockstar activities director!

Awful company. Carlos is a person who ultimately hides behind calls and emails instead of doing his job- and ultimately cares more about money than anything else. If you care about your neighborhood, go somewhere else or else you’ll pay way too much literally
