I’m not sure why they aren’t rated higher!!. We were looking for something for rent since our landlord is selling, Realize was very patient with us. We toured one home that didn’t work for us what so ever. We did tour a few homes however they did find us our perfect home. Mind you this is the first management company we’ve worked with. :) Yes, sometimes they take a day / a few days even sometimes to respond to your emails, voicemails or texts however they have hundreds of renters and clients to respond to. However if it’s urgent they get back usually the same day. The application process was very smooth my husband and I both have “ lower” credit. They were very happy to work with us. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUMLORDS !!!!! I rented a half a double off them that LOOKED nice when we first got it but was actually INFESTED with HUGE RATS 🤢 Not only rats but mice and roaches as well !!!! The rats were so bad they literally ATE our wires to our furnace I put in a maintenance request about the issue in August they didn’t even respond until DECEMBER!! Never sent anyone out ! We had 2 not one but TWO basement stairs fall in on us , one of them fell out on my 10 year old son thank god he was fine and didn’t get hurt !!! They also up charged me HUNDREDS of dollars for “clean up” from bags of trash that I would sit on my back porch until the trash cans were emptied and they never even cleaned them up just charged me for them sitting there ! 200$ the first time to 500$ the last time

I went from the frying pan to the fire. I was looking to switch property managers for my duplex rental, as I was not satisfied with my then property manager. My business partner and I found Realize, I believe via a Google search. We were hopeful after our introductory call, and decided to switch our management to Realize. Little did we know that we would be regretting that decision for multiple reasons. When we first switched over to them, one of the units was empty. It took them months to find a tenant. Okay, fine, maybe not entirely their fault (they claimed it was due to the bad neighborhood.... ). But their communication during the process was trash. ⭐ 1 Star – Do Not Rent From or Do Business With This Company Realize Property Management is extremely unprofessional and operates in a way that feels deceptive and irresponsible. They list multiple addresses online, yet none of them appear to be an actual, legitimate office location. They also do not have a real customer service phone line. You cannot reach a live person. You are forced to leave voicemails, and they never call back. Instead, you may receive random text messages from different people, which is not professional or trustworthy. I moved out in November, and they are still holding my security deposit. By law, they had 45 days to return it. That deadline has passed, and I have received nothing. Very helpful. Move in turnaround time was quick for us and they got us in as soon as they could. Easy setup for utilities and the portal for rent is user friendly. Even had a maintenance issue with the house and it was fixed within 2 days.
