Nic was a great balance of personable and professional with the sale of our old house, AND purchase of our new one. We were demanding clients and Nic was there (literally) day and night to answer all questions that we had, and get us into all viewings possible. He made the transition smooth, and offered help outside of his “job description” when possible. He may have found us our forever home, but we will surely go to him again if we decide to move again. I have had the pleasure of using Nic Ketter of Realize brokers twice. Once when I purchased a property and again when I sold a property. I can say he is the most accessible and professional agent I have ever used. The sale of a commercial property I had was not an easy task. Bank involvement from the purchaser made for constant issues that had to be addressed. As a business owner I had very little time to handle these issues. Nic took the reins and handled everything, including getting easements from neighbors who had encroached on the property. I can’t say enough good things about him and his company. In the future if I have any real estates sales, he is the only one I would even consider. I wish I could give him 10 stars.
