Realington LLC

My team at Compass was fortunate to represent Realington LLC for the sale of their magnificently reconstructed home in Forest Hills. It sold rather quickly, thanks mostly to the excellent design and quality of craftsmanship. Highly recommend them.

I do not recommend Realington, LLC. I purchased a home that was renovated by Realington, LLC. The quality of the work is extremely poor. I've had to spend thousands of dollars repairing their poor work quality. For example, the windows, ceiling, and roof have had major leaks that have caused damage throughout the house. The fixtures have broken, multiple times, for example the oven and garage door. The air conditioning system did not even come close to cooling the upstairs of the house due to poor planning (for example, only one air return that was way too small). This is all cosmetic flipping and no quality!

I had a great experience working with everyone at Realington. They have a good eye for design and great quality of work that buyers in today's market can appreciate.

They did a good job with my condo renovation in Northeast DC. The attention to details was great and they were easy to work with.

I have been Realington's insurance broker since 2016. My experience has been 100% positive.
