They waited a month and a half to let me know they need a co-signer. Also I had the right documents and great credit. I even had 3-4 times the rent. They make you put a co-signer still. Also the property they showed me had broken edges of the doors, dirty unfiltered vents, and they even wait til you call back to let you know they deny you. Also they are over charging for certain properties in suburban areas for whatever reason. But I do not recommend coming to this company if you have to move out by a certain date!

Happy to finally find my own place. The Dorchester townhouse apartment are so cute!! I been here for a few months now and so far no issues. Javier, the property manager and the other young lady in the front desk have been very patience and kind.

Canceled my tour twice, both times when I was already outside. They require you to confirm an hour before or they cancel, but apparently they can cancel on you 5 seconds before. Never even got to step inside. Really disappointing because I actually wanted to rent here. Narely was unprofessional and lacks compassion. Someone explain this.

HONEST REVIEW (UPDATE 9/29/2025): Power went out AGAIN! This time while I wasn't home. I called to have the power restored as usual expecting the power to be back on within an hour or so as it had been the week prior. This time my experience was VERY different. After 2 hours, I used the text number they provide on the website asking why the power hasn't been restored. The reply was the following, "Good evening, sorry to hear about your power. Have you tried calling ComEd? We do not have the ability to restore power nor shut down power in your unit. Is this from certain outlets? If so, we can have a unit inspection and see what the issue is" My reply: "How disappointing... Actually, you do. The power is included in my rent. I'm located at ******. My fiancé and I have put in multiple maintenance request to a never ending list of problems. The most important being our heater not working in our unit since November. They first supplied a space heater, when temperatures dropped to -10 degrees; and yet no heater was fixed so they supplied another heater and I still had to use my oven to try to have sufficient heat. We have not slept in our own bedroom. It is freezing cold and there is ice and snow on the inside, even after trying to install window insulation out of our own pockets. Management never responds, calls back or follows up as they promise. We’re taking the next steps to ensure we get legal actions.
