They do a great job at communicating what is going on with my property. They always get good tenants that pay their rent on time and take care of the property. They have made many positive changes to the company over the years so older reviews do not reflect their current business practices. Thanks to RPM, I can collect money on my property without having to worry about management of it.

I have been leasing a home in Reno for over 6 years! We have always had an issue with getting responses for any property or maintenance issues. NO SERVICE!! Even with an 85 year old in the home with no heat last year and no AC today, there is not a single person answering phones, nobody at the office, ALL VOICE MAIL IS FULL!! The emergency line days voicemail full. There is not another option. So, I went above and found the owner of their property.

I used RPM for 6 months. In that time they lost 10 tenants and did not acquire any new ones. When I went to hire new onsite managers, there were folks who arrived saying they had an appointment with RPM to view a unit. We called RPM who informed us that they would not be coming down to meet the folks. My new onsite managers leased a unit to the folks on the spot. RPM blamed their lack of success in renting the units to the complex needing new paint but our new managers rented all the units over the next year without painting. A terrible experience with an expensive company.

We are very satisfied with the services and would recommend. We have had two properties with them for 2 years. After going through three other terrible property managers previously, we were frustrated and ready to hire a private person almost. We have been greatly impressed with the prompt responses as always from Mary Lou and low vacancy even on the virgina st. property.

I am very pleased with Real Property Management. Broker Brian did an awesome job of navigating the fine lines between owner and tenant needs. My property is unique, and Brian thinks outside the box.
