Real Property Management Wake County

We recently applied for a home through Real Property Management Wake County (RPM) and had a great experience. We did a self-guided tour, which was perfect for us. We could take our time walking through the home without feeling rushed or pressured, and then submitted an application through Findigs. I was a little skeptical at first and found the process a bit intimidating, but once everything was submitted, it was smooth sailing. We recently applied for a town home through Real Property Management. We were able to tour multiple properties at our convince by being able to schedule self tours. They offer properties that are ALL breed friendly. The application had a turn around time of less than 24 hours. Darwin was efficient and answered any questions we had. If you are looking for a new home, I would highly recommend looking at Real Property management!

Five stars for John! He was incredibly patient and friendly during our rental inspection. He didn't rush us at all and made sure we understood everything he was looking at. It's rare to find an inspector who takes the time to truly educate the tenant—we really appreciated his help!
