Edited to add: I think the reply may have me mixed up with another individual. Our entire security deposit was returned after the place was professionally cleaned, except for the oven and a damage my cat did to the rug (we were aware and happy with these charges) but I paid $400 for it to be professionally cleaned and submitted the receipt to you all. Additionally, I did not tour the apartment. I don’t know if I was given the option to but I did not. I want to start off by thanking Patricia for making our last few months tolerable. You were wonderful. RPM has been a nightmare. The photos from the listing did not show the stains in the bathroom and holes in the wall full of toothpaste, and a closet full of junk (shoe boxes, fake hair, oil pans, broken gun safe) left by the previous tenant

I have tried several PMs before I got to work with Baylee on my rental property. Baylee is easy to work with and knows the local market very well. While we may have differences in opinion, she always strives to provide the best services and resolutions to the concerns. She also hires competent people to look after your property and do the repairs, which is another big plus. I would highly recommend her team and services.

Revising my review just to say they have been really responsive lately, like same day responses. I am glad they corrected their communication issue so I am revising my 1 star to 3. Emailed 4 business days ago (tagged 3 employees), resent email two days ago and called (of course got the voicemail) and left a message. Have gotten zero responses for an HOA violation I received as an owner of a property they manage. I asked for them to confirm receipt of my email and they can’t even do that. (Or my voicemail for that matter). If you want a full time job of managing your property managers and a headache as an owner: use them. If used them for a few years and things were okay but have slowly gone down hill. Judging by their other Google reviews they will take the time to defend their bad rev

The staff at Real Property Management is excellent! You will find a professional and knowledgeable staff that provides personalized service for your situation. Their expertise in property management has allowed me to continue to have revenue from my rental properties without the burden of day to day issues. I have excellent communication with the staff and they quickly respond to all questions and concerns. Additionally, they have been very knowledgeable and provided sound advice as I have made the decision to sell some of the properties.
