Real Property Management Tulsa

Landlords can be frustrating. Thankfully, RPM is good at their job. We had some repairs that basically ended up turning into a remodel job. With the approval of the home owner, they built us a new fireplace and kitchen. They handled it well and it turned out great!

It always took an extreme effort to get a hold of anyone at this company. I also had numerous complaints from my tenant about their maintenance service of the property. I even receivedbcalls from my old neighbors who had to tell me that the property was not being maintained while vacant. Couldn't even get these guys to mow the grass. They just want their cut of the money and then to be left alone. Overall, extremely unreliable!

We've worked with Real Property Management for approximately 7+ years now, they have been great to work with and are always prompt and professional when it comes to doing business with them. They are quick to make sure their tenants are taken care of and we would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable property management company to work with.

Be aware of leasing from RPM. They have terrible service. Stay away and go somewhere else. We ran into many issues with the property they leased to us. The first day of move in, the toilets over flooded and the sewage started coming out from the shower drain. We couldn't stay there for 3 days.  Our maintenance request was ignored, calls and texts were also ignored. After calling them multiple times on the third day, I finally got a hold of Wendy at RPM. She got a plumber to come out late that afternoon. The plumbers pulled tree roots and wipes from the pipes. The house we rented was vacant for 2+ years, they had no maintenance done to it during this time. The house was dirty, dust was everywhere, cabinets were nasty (it had not been cleaned or wiped down for years), spider webs accumulated

This company is horrible!!! It's been nothing but problems since the beginning. I lived at property located at 12173 East 23rd St. for 3 years... The landlord mom has done nothing but stock and harass me and my kids since we moved in. She's constantly starring at the house watching us come and go. Sends random strangers on the property that are dangerous to children. This company also tried to say they never signed my lease but also never stated I was month to month well when the father day storm happened the fence blew down. After a few weeks the landlord mom had people coming onto the property at different hours waking up my special needs children. They never fixed the fence which escalated to a crazy neighbor that was friends with the landlord and his mom threatened us with guns and the
