Never been asked to fill out a "pet screening" in all of our years as homeowners (10+) and renters. The pet screening requires as much detail as the human screening and is $30 something per pet. I'm surprised it's not simply based on the breed and size, we could provide evidence of our current rental's condition based on a year of living there with no damage to the property. The background check was a bit excessive as well, pretty much wanted everything but a blood sample. I feel bad for the homeowners honestly. Didn't get a good feeling about being a renter under this company, sorry but going to look elsewhere or through private means. Good luck.

I own a painting business and have done jobs for them. I really enjoy doing work for this company they are very professional and super communicative! The whole office team is awesome super friendly. The property manger (Rebecca) is amazing she's super helpful and always gets back to me even with her busy schedule. I have so many good things to say about this company. I highly recommend!
