I have had no response in over a week now. The sink needs maintenance. I can't even use my own sink in my house this is crazy. The garbage disposal seal is completely shot and water leaks straight through to the ground. Roy will not respond to even a text. Unreal. I have never been late on rent and have always been a good tenant and this is how I get treated? Absolutely insane. I'm leaving this review up with 1 star till someone decides to actually do their job and contact me.

We have 1 rental with Dennis and he has not been answering any calls, emails, text and portal messages. We have been with him for 4 years and luckily have had 1 set of great tenants for that duration. The past year communication with Dennis has been poor with us having to threaten action or termination or contract to get him to contact us back; even after he does it’s very minimal with no explanation of what is going on. We are currently owed 2 months of rent and he has not reached out to us/ called us back. We have moved forward with termination of our contract with Dennis.

Edit**. Verify they have an actual realty license. I was surprised to find the results. Law enforcement is now involved. Original post…I don’t understand why Dennis Langston isn’t returning my calls (daily calls for 2-weeks). He’s the property manager for a rental property I own. How do tenants communicate if an emergency arose? This guy is an absolute joke! I’m being generous with giving him a 1-star.

Warning - if you are currently a property owner using this company to manage your rental property, I’d highly advise to reach out to your tenants to ensure they do not submit payment to RPM. This company has failed to collect rent, failed to address maintenance requests and is not returning any communication attempts. Owners going through this - file a complaint with the Florida DBPR state licensing authority and with the Pinellas county sheriff’s office

If I could give RPM Tradewinds( GM-Dennis Langston) a zero or less I would. We own a small investment property in Clearwater now formerly managed by Dennis Langston, GM of RPM Tradewinds. When interviewing various property managers, Dennis was a great salesman whose charm won us over, but working with him was difficult from the start. He repeatedly failed to manage lease renewals on time, forcing me to remind him. Our tenant renewed in March 2025, requiring 60 days’ notice and a $695 early termination fee. In June, we didn’t receive our rental income. After multiple calls and texts, Dennis finally admitted the tenant moved out June 1, and he’d known for 60 days but never told us. Worse, he never marketed the property after learning the tenant was leaving. Dennis still owes us over $1,60
