Contacted this company about a house in Cameron Texas where I am from, and this rental agency doesn’t return calls, the house had no electricity, and mouse droppings all in the cabinets and a dead rodent in the back of the house. Smell was terrible! Left message via phone and my wife also called with no return call. I can’t believe they send you to a house with no electricity and, it was dirty! I feel bad for the people who own the house because they are receiving a disservice from this company! Customer service is poor and try ask you to call but don’t return calls or emails. That house in Cameron needs major pest control! Nice and rats will have a field day with that house. All the holes need to be sealed and a lot of other things needing done in regards to pest control!
