Real Property Management Sunstate - Jacksonville

This is the worst property management company I have ever worked with. I give them one star only because I Google will not let me give them zero. I was a landlord using a different company, but when that company closed its doors RPM Sunstate assumed the agreement I had with the first company. We were in the unique position where we needed to move back into the property, and our tenant had been told up front that this would be a temporary deal with about a 12 month duration. A few days prior to us moving back in they completed an "inspection" of the property to make sure there was no damage and everything was in working order. I was told everything was fine. I needed a job done so the company sent a technician that arrived on time (that's already a plus). He was very professional, not only while performing the job but also in explaining the details to me. He cleaned up after finishing as well. I highly recommend a company that takes care to hire professionals who respect their clients’ time and deliver quality work.

Couldn’t be happier with the service. We had some plumbing issues on Friday morning and were concerned we’d have no bathroom access all weekend but RPM got someone out to the home within a few hours and had everything resolved. They are great to work with and always prompt to get back to me with any and all concerns. 5 stars ⭐️

Lorraine Is a very easy lady to work with. She listens very carefully to what your problem is and calmly spends time to resolve your issue. When Lorraine says she will call you back she calls you back which is very refreshing. I had an issue with my refrigerator ceasing to work and Lorraine spent a very long time searching products to get me a new one as quickly as possible.. She was able to get me a very quick delivery. It was a pleasure to work with her and I look forward to keep working with her..

They offer great rental rates, are helpful when it comes to figuring out about getting things fixed, they offer a rental program called flex that helps with rent big time being able to split it into two payments. Awesome Staff, All in all an amazing property management company.
