My daughter rented a townhome for 18 months, with a girlfriend, we completed the professional cleaning required, cleaned the townhome, it was cleaner than when the girls moved in. This company charge the girls $200 for cleaning, $500 to replace flooring that was already scratched when they moved in, I doubt they really replaced the flooring. They received less than 1/3 of their deposit back. The company sent 144 pictures of the unit with the cleaning gal showing dust on her finger, or pointing to a carpet fiber that was missed by the vacuum….seriously I think they fully intent to scam college students out of their deposit. Beware.

Charged quite a lot for a security deposit. But was great to work with in the beginning and would come for expectations and never once mentioned anything wrong. We moved out over a year later then suddenly was charged for cleaning that was way unreasonable for the amount of cleaning we did before leaving as well as charged us for things that weren’t even in our control. So we only received less than half the deposit. They did the same thing to our neighbor who lived behind us shortly after. So just beware of that.
