If you’re hoping to hire a property management company that operates with a high level of organization, communication, responsiveness, transparency, and integrity, then keep on looking because Real Property Management South San Fernando Valley is NOT the company for you. Its owner, George Golovin, has greatly restricted owners’ participation in our HOA, disappeared for a month on an unannounced vacation, and refused to take responsibility for failing to perform some of the most basic functions of a property management company. He is short-tempered, defensive, and less than collaborative. Within a month of our board hiring George Golovin in January 2025, it was obvious they made a mistake. They deserve ZERO -5 stars. RUN AWAY and run very fast. Honestly the worst company we have ever had. Completely unethical, rude, and irresponsible. They don't return emails, calls, nor did they pay our vendors on time. George and Masha rule the board meetings instead of the Board members. They hang up on homeowners when questions that they don't like are asked, ESPECIALLY about finances. They don't send updates, so we are in the dark on a lot of things. There is no follow up at all , to documents sent to them. it's not funny. Our association is not only not thriving under their supervision, we are way worse off for a number of reasons. And when you battle them for the truths, they tell you that you have anger management issues. You pay them to get insulted. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!

Our portfolio manager Scott is absolutely amazing! Always professional, responsive and kind. From day one he has gone above and beyond to make our single family home rental a flawless great experience, stress free and enjoyable. Communication is always clear whether it be maintenance or just a question it makes us feel valued. We couldn't have asked for a better Property Management company. Highly recommend.

Hiring Real Property Management S. San Fernando Valley was the best decision our HOA could have made and for the community.
