We have trusted RPM with our properties now for 6 years and I can't begin to tell you how much we appreciate Dina and her team. Their service is second to none. We appreciate their due diligence in selecting the right tenant for the property. We never had to worry about repairs as it is always looked after. We don't have tenants moving in and out which is a sign that they are looked after as well. Every request from the tenants gets dealt with swiftly. They are friendly and an awesome team never the feeling you can't ask things. Would recommend RPM to anyone.

I scheduled a showing for one of their properties 1 week in advance. I received a ton a confirmation emails and text prior to my appointment. At the time of my appointment the agent scheduled to show me the property called and said “he didn’t want to waste my time showing the property because he had received 2 viable applications for the property the night before.” Sir you have in fact wasted my time and gas and what you’re basically telling me is you don’t want any of my current or future business for any of your listings. Furthermore, it’s alright to be unprofessional when it suits your purpose. Online it looked like a great property, unfortunately I was robbed of seeing it in person. I rented from this company and had absolutely NO problems. I usually read the reviews and go from there, but they had a home for rent in a gated community that I really wanted. So I took a chance and I'm glad I did. I paid on time and any problems I called them about they came right out and fixed. I didn't encounter any anyone with an attitude. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

Signup process was smooth and friendly--but wait until you have maintenance issues. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone when you need assistance. We're at two weeks, and still ongoing, of backed up sewage in the house. It's been 5 days since we've received any response from RENU.

I have used RPM for over 4 years. They found a good tenant to rent my home. As property managers they were diligent in making sure I as the owner took care of any issues the tenant may have had. And they made sure the tenant did her part if there were any issues on the tenants part. Which were not many. As property management goes, I have heard some serious horror stories and I must say I have been beyond pleased with this company. They respond to any and all questions I may have about anything pertaining to my property and they do no hesitate to let me know as an owner if any issues arise with my property. As a home owner I want my tenants to be as comfortable and feel as though they are home & RPM goes above and beyond to make sure all parties involved feel they are home. Thank you Dina,
