⚠️DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. ⚠️I highly recommend not applying here. I found one of their properties on Zillow and contacted them to tour. At first, nothing seemed off. They have automated text message that welcomes you to tour. When we went to go tour the property, we arrived and it was a self tour. Not out of the ordinary but they had complete turned off all utilities. The property was at 84 degrees so we had to make it a quick tour since it was so uncomfortable to be inside. Once the tour finished Steve contacted us asking if we like the property which we said we did and he asked us to apply. I usually never write reviews, but I am so frustrated with this company that I decided I needed to warn future tenants. If I could give this company a 0, I would. The app used to pay rent does not contain accurate contact information, making it nearly impossible to get in contact with the office. My roommates and I submitted multiple maintenance requests about a broken fridge, but the company did nothing to fix it because they did not want to pay for a new fridge, so we were left with a broken fridge that caused our food to go bad. I am extremely disappointed in this company and those who work for this company, especially Tracy. I would never recommend anyone to lease through this agency. Extremely unprofessional company. We reported multiple issues with the property that we were renting that needed addressed. They failed to properly fix any of the issues and found a cheaper work around that barely solved the problem. Upon us moving out, they went to the property BEFORE the last day of our lease to take pictures and charged us so much for cleaning fees and trash that was "left" in the property. We did a thorough job cleaning the property just before the last day of our lease. After spending weeks trying to get ahold of someone about sending us our security deposit, they claimed that we never provided with a forwarding address, which we did. They FINALLY sent the security deposit and now refuse to answer any of our emails or calls to get clarification on why we were charge

Absolutely terrible. I have been ghosted for a week about a possible property to rent and have yet to hear anything from them about move in dates and where to pay rent. I now drive a 4 hour commute to my place of work due to not getting this apartment at a decent pace. Their phone numbers either are forever unanswered or are disconnected entirely. I am inclined to travel to their home office to complain in person if I need to. Completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
