Very nice and quiet residential area, that’s maintained very well. And the property manager Lu is great and most definitely on her job!!!! There’s nothing that’s gonna get passed her. She monitors the property visually and on cameras (OUTSIDE) to make sure that our surroundings are safe and secure…. She also gives us heads up on any activity. Inside or outside the units, she with more than enough notice before it happens!!!! RPM & LU… Thank you so much for making my experience at Gateway Apartments so much easy and comfortable to live in 👍

RPM has been absolutely wonderful to work with! Annie and the staff have been professional, responsive, and truly cares about providing excellent service. They’ve made everything easy and seamless from the initial meeting on. What stood out most was their reliability, attention to detail and their understanding of our needs. I have rented at Gateway Apartments three separate times over the past years and I must say Lu is the best property manager we have had by far. She is quick to respond to any issues that are brought up and does so in a professional manner. She is one reason that I keep coming back to these apartments! 100 percent recommend her and RPM to anyone looking for a place to rent.

Finding RPM has truly been a blessing for my family. We were in desperate need of a place and needed to find the right home quickly. Their customer service and prompt responses have been phenomenal. Everyone in the office has been so kind, supportive, and helpful throughout the entire process. They were also incredibly accommodating with our special circumstances, which meant so much to us. It’s also nice that we can pay our rent online. Of course, there are charges for the convenience—but that’s typical when using a card online. Overall, we are very happy. I reached out about a place on Monday, was accepted by Friday, and moved in the very next Tuesday. The process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. I highly recommend using their services!

This property management is very sly. Always adding new charges that are mandatory, as if the rent isn’t overpriced already. The lady that answers the phone Alexus is very rude and condescending. Redding is a very sketchy city, all the tweakers and transients running around day and night. If you must rent an apartment here, do yourself a huge favor and rent from a more professional and responsible property manager. -Alfredo
