Real Property Management Impact

We have enjoyed working with Real Property Management Impact this last year. The communication and follow through, from the very beginning of looking at properties, to signing the lease, and any maintenance concerns is addressed clearly and promptly. There is always updates and resolutions with concerns, and thankfully, the property hadn't had many to deal with! Justin has been fantastic, with clear communication, as well as, follow through. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a great property management company that actually knows what they are doing!

I want to give a huge shout-out to Sandee of Real Property Management Impact. Through a recommendation from a friend, Real Property Management Impact was hired to manage my first rental property. Late last December, shortly after the first tenant moved into the new property, there was raw sewage backup on the first floor due to builder’s gross negligence. Sandee immediately contacted the builder on the sewage backup. She and her team worked hard to get the builder to replace the whole floor (at first the builder only wanted to replace part of the flooring). Because of mismanagement, I lost July and August, two peak rental months that should never have been wasted. Sandee took over professionally and never spoke badly about the previous company. She simply explained how she would handle things differently and then actually did it. She worked closely with me, communicated clearly, and pushed to get the property rented.
