Chad was absolutely fantastic! He had an incredible knowledge of the apartment and was always happy to answer my questions. Chad showed us a single family home on the west side of Madison and he was wonderful to work with. He was very thorough with the showing, pointing out interesting features, and very informative as to next steps for applying and what would/ would not be included/ allowed with the lease.
