Properties are poorly maintained. This what the state of my house before moving in, and they have done nothing to rectify any of it over the year I’ve lived here. Other issues with my property is part of the roof was blown off in March, and as of writing this in late November, it still hasn’t been fixed, even with maintenance requests. The downstairs plumbing has been working poorly the entire time I lived here. Plumbers have came and went but there has never been any significant repair, and as I’m moving out it pains me to know that the next person will have to deal with it instead of them fixing it properly. The houses are just in generally poor shape. The property I am referring to is the Vicksburg Ave property in Norman. If you’re a prospective tenant, look elsewhere. RPME will include
This company will take your money and promise you that they are a good rental company. STAY AWAY! When we moved into one of there rentals , it was clearly abandoned for months (confirmed by the neighbors). Three of the interior doors were not installed, the lawn had weeds that were nearly 4 foot tall, and the house was infested with earwigs. We requested service, but nothing was ever done to resolve the issues and had to be done out of our own pocket. As the months progressed, we had a neighbor that would just leave trash out in our front lawn, and actually let a dog die in the backyard (where it rotted until we had animal control come out). When expressing our concerns about the neighbor, no actions were taken to even make it seem like they cared at all. We ultimately moved out four month
Where to start first of all when I seen the house online, I contacted them and they said I’d have to put up a deposit to see the house, that if I didn’t like it, they would give me my money back, minus the days that had been off the market. Well, the sign was not put out in the yard until after I put up the deposit. And which I told them that. My husband and I came by every single day after we put up the deposit to see the progress and what all was getting done. Which was nothing. When we moved in the house was not cleaned. The repairs were not done. The carpets were not cleaned. They had to send somebody out to cut out part of the carpet because it had wax buildup from some wax getting spilled and put a patch in it. I argued with her about the carpets not being cleaned. Finally, she says
My experience with Real Property Management Enterprise has been exceptionally positive from start to finish. The properties themselves are fantastic—I especially appreciate the convenience of having a laundry unit and a microwave right in the house. The tour was incredibly smooth, and I absolutely love the floor plan of the single bedroom unit; it felt very thoughtfully designed. What truly set them apart was the outstanding customer service. I was struggling to get a tour scheduled, and the management team took special care of me to make sure it happened. This level of dedication and support was a huge relief. Finally, the entire process is efficient. Their application process is so easy and streamlined, which made moving forward stress-free. If you are looking for a rental property
When I first rented a house from RPME, everything seemed fine. When we renewed for a new year, they started charging a $20 benefit package, which was mandatory with the lease. This benefit package was the use of the app, which is how you input maintenance requests and pay rent, and credit reporting which I don't believe ever happened or they stopped shortly after. My cat died mid lease and they wouldn't remove him, so we had to continue to pay for the pet rent. Then when I brought a new cat into the home, I was charged $30 for 'screening' on top of the non refundable fees and monthly pet rent. The 'screening' was me answering questions about the pet through a website. At move out we cleaned for about a week and they still charged us a cleaning fee ($683), and a laundry list of things that
