Great experience with Ana and the team at Real Property Management. We lived in one of their managed properties for almost 2.5 years and they were very attentive when we had minor property issues. They made the move in process very simple - we literally retired in South Korea on the 31st of August and were sleeping in one of their properties on the 1st of September. As a person who had a real estate license and managed family properties - I'm impressed with the stringent background checks they enforce. I would feel very comfortable with having them manage our properties. Thank you for the wonderful experience as we built our retirement home!

We were referred to this management company. During the home inspection visit, the agent walked through the entire home but remained mostly quiet and did not ask any questions about the property. At the end of the walkthrough, she simply stated everything looked ready to go and that she would send over the paperwork to get started. We provided her with our garage door opener so she could show the property. However, due to the lack of follow-up communication and the unusual nature of the walkthrough, we ultimately decided to move in a different direction. Since then, attempting to retrieve our garage door opener has been frustrating. The process was easy and pretty straight forward. Most of the process can be done on the phone which is very convenient. Rica was extremely helpful to me and extremely responsive to every message I sent. She answered all my questions and got back to me very quickly and was very kind and professional the entire time. If I emailed after hours or over a weekend, I would always get a response in the first 30 minutes of business on Monday. She was very accommodating even as things changed and was available for all of our needs. I never felt like I was left waiting nor did I ever feel pressured at all.
