Customer service is sooooo bad. It's like no one wants to talk to you! I didn't recieve a curtesty call to remind me my tenant's lease was up. I found out only after they had moved out and that's because RPM needed me to pay for something! I asked 3 times to recieved pictures of my property and have yet to recieve any. No one ever answers the office phone, you have to leave a message and hope they get back to you or send an email to the support box and hope they get back to you.

**Not sure what happened but nobody is picking up or returning emails for the past week 8/23. My property is vacant and there have been no updates with property condition or relisting it. Going straight to voicemail.** RPM has been an excellent property management company. It's changed hands a few time over the years, but I have been happy with the current ownership (as of June 2020). Libby is organized, responsive, and well informed. I do not live in Charleston, so communicating via email is key and RPM has been able to answer questions and find tenants and contractors quickly. This allows me to keep my investment hassle free. Would highly recommend!

(March 2020) I went through another period of uncertainty in early 2019 when RPM transferred to new ownership. But I can say now their service is again very good. My most recent dealings with RPM have been handled by Libby Powell. Libby is efficient, professional and courteous. She has a great personality, keeps me informed about the property, answers questions thoroughly, makes helpful suggestions and follows up quickly when needed. = = = = = = = (December 2018) I continue getting good service and communications from RPM. Although I met my unit in a barely habitable state due to previous tenants neglect, the team at RPM has been extremely helpful getting my concerns revolved. Libby particularly has gone above and beyond, even reaching out to local agencies to make sure my unit satisfied my needs! More recently, Auggie has been my primary contact and she is amazing. Every interaction with her has been beyond polite! She has gone to great lengths to ensure all my needs are met and requests are addressed. I am so lucky to have this team as my units property manager. I have now been in the unit a year and a half and look forward to a continued positive experience with RPM.

I WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS! Hands down the worst property management company in existence. They are terrible people with a terrible business practice. They will charge you completely ridiculous fees for everything and you don't get a choice. Resigning lease fees after we've lived here for over 5 years. Raising the rent to ridiculous prices but will not fix the house. Blame the owner for everything but he is actually a nice guy. They falsify mold reports. There was water pouring out of my ceiling and I put in an emergency maintenance request, called and left messages and they didn't even text me until a few days after. Please do not rent from these people and do not let them manage your property.
