We've had a good experience with Real Property Management Champion. The Property manager Jamie , and Maria from the management office, both of them have been very nice and helpful. They made our move in and application easy and straightforward. The property seems safe and nice and quiet, the townhome is nice inside and convenient drive to highway 17 and I40. Also thanks for David from maintenance, he was prompt and nice and took care of our move in problems. He also went over and beyond by power washing the front of our home. We like it, thank you all!

David is great! He has been incredibly fast, efficient, and kind BOTH times we've had him here. Today, he took less than 30 minutes to replace our cracked toilet and even handled with my pestering questions! Thank you David!
