Jon has been great. 2 years ago I struggled finding a rental company in Birmingham, Al that wasn’t scamming people out of application fees. So far I have had only positive experiences from realtors in the Brevard area. Jon worked with my finances and specifications and found the perfect rental for me. I am applying for a rental through this company today and although I haven’t been approved yet, the experience so far has been great. They answer phone calls and seem to genuinely care.

Honest, professional, personal, responsive, representatives. They made it easy for me to live in my unit. Issues were handled immediately. I needed to end my lease early and they made it happen with a full deposit return. I had a great experience with Lisa specifically and hold their services in high regard.
