I can’t say enough great things about Chris’ services! For starters, he is so friendly and personable and that’s always a breath of fresh air. He’s super knowledgeable and answered any questions I had about repairs. I can’t remember the last time I was able to wash dishes in the sink with normal water pressure, Chris came, accessed the situation, grabbed the parts needed, installed it and made sure everything was in place before he left. I enjoy his communication style, I knew when to expect him because he reached out and that was helpful for planning purposes. All in all, if I had a choice when repairs were needed, I’d pick Chris every time. Thanks again Chris, if you ever see this! You rock!

Won't return phone calls. John Hunt (The Owner) feigned interest in a deal, leading us on, and zero contact thereafter. He did not have the common courtesy to just say "not interested." Unless there was a catastrophic event in John's life that forced him not to return a phone call, email or text for over a month, i do not think this is a good quality of someone anyone should do business with.

RPM has managed my house for continued 8 years. During that time I have had no problem with them, they managed the relation with tenants from beginning to end. Communication was very smoothly, easy, friendly, professional and fast. Highly recommended.
