Respectfully, if I could rate 0 stars, I would. This management company is highly deceitful in making it appear like they’re willing to rent to you, just to let you down last minute. My application was approved. They allowed me to set up move in payments as soon as possible. But, what they don't warn you about is that they’ll continue to take other applicants for your preferred unit…even after you've already been accepted and it’s been established. Creating false hope. Having said that, they will not hesitate to transfer your unit to someone else. I recommend that you find a different management business that is interested in seeing you happy and settled. Not just paid, unlike this company. Also, be sure to have other options even if they approve your housing application. Do not rely on Re

Tim provided such excellent service and advice to my husband and I when we sold our home in Central Virginia nearly a decade ago that when my elderly in-laws needed to move in with us and sell their home we knew exactly who to call.
