I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re willing to lose part of your deposit no matter how well you’ve kept the condition of the property. We paid something like $2700 deposit for a one bedroom apartment. Both working professionals with no kids or pets. Left in the exact condition we found it in. They kept a large part of the deposit to “repaint” after renting for 15 months. They weren’t the worst, but as soon as we put in our notice, they had no interest in communicating the details of our deposit. Cold, corporate feel.

I never make reviews because I just don’t have time as a single mom of two. Today’s experience warrants a review. I found this pm company because they had a 3 bedroom home advertised at $1195/month. It was way out in junction city but because I’d be saving so much on rent, I could pull off the commute. I made an appointment and went and picked up the keys after taking time off at work. I made the drive all the way out to junction city, saw the house and fell in love. When I returned with the keys, I was told that I was misinformed on the rent rate because they made a typo and that the rent is actually $1900/month. I was offered a pizza coupon for the unfortunate misunderstanding. Every penny I have goes to bills and gas. I lost a quarter tank of gas driving out there not to mention the tw

It's been about a year I've rented with REC and they're awesome. Maintenance is quick and very nice, and at the office everyone is so generous with their time and professional, they're quick to respond and help out in anyway. I love this property management and would love to stay with them for a long time!

I recently rented for a year with REC and had a great experience. They communicated quickly with the onboarding process to secure the unit; my maintenance requests were addressed promptly, and I received a fair refund of my security deposit.
