During our 2 years there, any issues, even the smallest, Meredith immediately had it taken care of. Joleen Skipworth was incredibly helpful during my transition from the Purple Rail to the Prestige units. I would definitely consider renting from her and her amazing team again. She was very understanding and lenient, especially when it came to issues and misunderstandings with roommates. Even when things got difficult ,like when my former roommates trashed the apartment before leaving she remained professional and offered multiple solutions to help resolve the situation.
