Oh god where do I begin.. Unprofessional, Racist, Money hungry, unlivable. We lived in the residence for 17 years and fixed everything and anything we could from our pockets.The roof fell inside the apartment and it took over a year to have it looked at ! If I could leave a 0 I would. After living under so many property managers at that location I can say this was the absolutely worst. Inhumane behaviors gave us 30 days notice after spending almost 20 years living there. Threatened us with raising rent, suing, and more. Stay as far away as you can from these people they don’t care about you or your family well being ! Kept me and my family surrounded by mold!!!! Call a home inspector we did and had multiple people inspect our HOME WE WE RENTED AND 10/10 said these are not living condition

Friendly staff. Michelle will bend over backwards for tenants who need improvements or maintenance. She will fight the good fight for you to get the things that many landlords refuse to pay for. If you take care of the property, you'll also get your security deposit back which I've experienced with direct landowners, isn't usually the case. Highly recommended.

Michelle is a great property manager, always looking out for her owner's interests while keeping the tenants happy.
