Aside from picking the house we built, working with Raoul was the best decision we made to begin home ownership. I had the pleasure to work with Raoul Rowe and I cannot began to tell you how Awesome he is. It was never a time that Raoul was not available to talk to me. I meant that literally because I work at night and he was very accommodating. The weekly email are very helpfully for someone that never brought a home and they are unaware of the process. Because of those videos and the information, we had very little questions. I will be at work and get a text message containing photos and the process of my home. That was definitely the best part since we did not have time to go there often due to work. I closed on my house April 2019, and I continue to keep Raoul busy by referring him to my friends. Raoul is a professional on every front. He's knowledgeable about the entire process, he makes sure to hold all parties accountable that are involved, he won't give you a bs answer to your questions, if he doesn't know the answer then he will do the research, he is straight with you about all the ups and downs, he is responsive and punctual, and he is about as charismatic as they come. We will absolutely do business with Raoul again should we buy another house.
