I was promised that if I signed the contract they would fix everything I had mentioned after the fact. Everyone was pushing us to sign. The realtor, the financing people and yet here we are almost 2 months later and nothing has been done I have nails out of walls that should be there. Windows without frame. Broken tiles, grout all over the place, cabinet doors not working properly. Vents and airducts sounding like they are 10yr old. I dont think they have experienced people building this or the supervisor is not supervising. This is just the short list also. Avoid working with them if possible.

Do NOT trust this company. They sold me a house and literally 30 days later it was broken into. They offered ZERO HELP OR ACCOUNTABILITY and mysteriously I could no longer ahold of anyone from a&e, when before when I was looking for a house it was always easy to reach them. Do not trust these people
