R&D Custom Builders

After carefully looking around for a new area to move that could give us everything we were looking for, we found it. The builder in the area was R&D and after looking into their history, reviews and other builds, we opted to meet with them. We were thankful for their time and how clear they were on the expectations. They didn't disappoint. The process was effortless. They are always responsive and available to answer any questions you may have. They stand behind their word that they will warrant their work. Everyone that we have worked with has a great customer service and are always willing to help. This is definitely our last home. We love it. This is a top-of-the-line Builder.

We fell in love with R⭐️D the moment we walked into their model custom home. We knew the moment we were ready to build, our first choice would be R&D. We would like to thank R&D for ALL the things they did to help us build our dream house. Especially to Ryan and Brett!! We never had any doubt that R&D always kept our best interests in mind, and it was obvious that they truly toke the time to make sure that it was a very personal experience that results in a very custom home. To anyone thinking of building a custom home, I encourage you to do your homework and research then put these guys to the test. We did and it worked out great 😊

After a bad experience with a builder that ended up falling through 4 days before closing, we came across R & D builders. We met Elizabeth and Ryan at the model and knew they were down to earth, friendly, and humble people. - a rare thing in the business of new home builders. They started us on our journey of home building, guided us through designing our own custom home and made it exactly how we wanted. Justin and Rusty were our Superintendents through the build and we’re always willing to answer our questions regardless of how many we had. If they missed our call they always returned it within 24 hours. Greg Williford with R / D Was very friendly and professional when we met out at the model home . we told Greg what we were wanting to build and he set us up with the design team and plans were drawn and the build team was scheduled and work began and 5 1/2 months later we were moving in to our new home. I would recommend Greg Williford and R/D to anyone. The whole team and office personal were great to work with. Our project Superintendent was Kevin Sells and he was awesome to work with took all my calls no matter what day or time.
