People running this company need to take better care of the complexes. do not rent from them They’re infested with roaches and they don’t do a good job maintaining their landscaping. They are chopping trees down in Elmwood park when they should be planting them to make the complex more inviting. They are concerned that people will sue because of raised sidewalks from tree roots , so why dont you just plant smaller trees or closer to foundation. It looks like a city without trees. We chose a nicer complex nearby in Fair Lawn so much more beautiful !

This management is actually disgusting. They are incompetent. The women that answer the phone when you can their New York office are disgraceful, nasty, and unprofessional. I’m really shocked they can continue to treat tenants the way they do and keep their jobs. You explain a situation and they are no help they get nasty with you and catch an attitude as if it’s your fault they have to work. Our bathroom has been falling apart for years and you have to fight tooth and nail for any maintenance to come and fix any problem you might have. If you can live anywhere else you should. I hope they lose their jobs and this management company goes bankrupt.

They are simply not professional enough. 1) you won’t be able to reach them most of the time. Mike Atkins from the office has absolutely no interest in helping the owners but excelled at mocking at your problems. They just don’t want to talk to you unless they need to charge you for something. 2) They don’t even understand the master policy and is vague about confusingly-written procedure, which making the process unnecessarily difficult and inefficient. 3) Even if you’re lucky to get into contact, it takes an average of 3 calls to get the document like a statement you requested.

I have been a tenant at the same complex at least part time since childhood (1998) and am not sure when RCR Management took over (issues were rampant prior,but I digress since I was a minor and unable to complain), but the maintenance who likes to come inside without notice for decades as well as tenants breaking and entering, hacking of accounts, open ports on WiFi connections, vandalism via bodily fluids,mail theft, package theft,the police not responding to calls in a timely manner while refusing evidence, tampering with cameras and electronics (cameras shut off and jammed, hard drives removed from laptops), SD cards corrupted and stolen, and the receptionist LAUGHING when I report that I am a victim of theft, identity theft, defamation, vandalism and harassment is one reason why you sh

This property manager (RCR Management) is terrible. There were many days and nights this past winter with NO HOT WATER. Water is turned off frequently (average 1-2 x/month for a few hours at a time), sometimes without prior notice. And, the elevator has not been working at all for over 50% of the past month. People living on high floors cannot do laundry. There are older people who cannot freely leave their apartments! And, they have the nerve to charge an additional fee each month for the elevator. The 'repairs' done on the building are shoddy, leading to frequent problems. They need to actually maintain the building fully and not do cheap repairs that don't last.
