From June 2020 to December 31, 2024, my husband and I rented through their services. We have consistently received exceptional customer service, with any necessary repairs being resolved within a few days. Furthermore, we were fully refunded of our deposit upon the completion of our rental period.

Been renting with them for 2 years: They always respond to texts/emails if not the same day, atleast by the next. They are very reasonable to deal with, i've never had anyone be rude to me on the phone or none of those snarky emails. Rent prices are fairly inexpensive, and from what i've heard from other renters, if you're account has been in good standing for a reasonable amount of time they work with you on late fees and what not. All in all i've been happy to rent from them, vice those corporate scummy places you hear about nowadays.

We own Michael's vinyl and gutter and have been working with rcpm for almost a year now and not only have they done great business with us they have become some of our very best friends, they really make you feel like they care about there tenants and buyers and workers, nothing like positive ideas everyday, would recommend them to everybody who needs property to live on or rent or buy

My Mom rented an apt from them in Dec 2019, which she & her man went in & had to a do a deep (& I mean a DEEP) cleaning as well as replacing all the blinds even before we could move her in. Well Dec of 2020 came around she gave a 30 day notice of her moving out at the end of her lease. She had cleaned & moved out as well as turned in the keys 6 days before the lease was up. Mom went to office in the middle of Jan 2020 at this time mom was told 30-60 days. Mom & I went back Feb 15, 2020 to find out about her deposit & was told she wasn't getting it back due to not being cleaned, air filter & blinds. At this time they showed us pics of someone else's apt. So mom & I emailed RCPM before move in & after move out pics. Mom called once a week then finally after 3 & half weeks she received a text

So I rented from RCPM for about three years. Came to them and let them know that their roof needed to be replaced and that I was a roofer and could help them out. They urged me not to take any action not to contact the property owner a.k.a. leave the roof leaking. Leaking caused ceiling damage in multiple spots. The entire time I lived at the house there were lights that never worked a.k.a. when you walk through the front door the light that’s supposed to come on right there in the little foyer never worked. The hallway. Light never worked. The kitchen never had an exhaust meaning if I cooked anything the smoke would be trapped in the house. There was also a door that was a sliding door to a closet that was reported on moving that was never fixed. I am being charged for carpet was dirty Wh
