Mike and Jerry are incredible, they inspected our house (investment property) and also our friend's house (residential property) and saved us a lot of money, discovering things no one else spotted or thought of before, and giving us leverage to negotiate significant discounts with sellers. Jerry & Mike did a fantastic job on my new purchase home inspection. We knew going into the inspection that there were some areas of concern and they were able to give us some more insight and solidify our concerns. Unfortunately for us that purchase did not work out as the home owners denied some of the glaring issues and suggested they fix some of the other issues through their insurance which we were not comfortable with nor fit into our timeframe. RCI is a great team, they are very knowledgeable and their reports are extremely detailed and top notch. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new home inspection to give RCI a call. When my wife and I are able to get to inspections on a new purchase we will definitely be giving RCI a call again!
