We selected RBI Homes & Roofing after checking five roofing companies. Worked with Travis who was excellent at explaining the process, the detailed pricing, and the material used. He also gave us a list of houses to check for colors and quality, which was very beneficial compared to just viewing a brochure. Travis was timely and thorough on all questions during the process. We were very impressed with the work crew after monitoring multiple houses that were done by other roofing companies in our neighborhood. The site was very clean after the completion of the roof. In three days, they were all done, despite some adverse weather conditions. BEWARE. RBI reroofed my house March 2022. While prepping my house to sell in October 2023, I found out the permit had not been closed out. Fast forward to August 2024, house inspection shows the pool solar panels have lifted off the roof ripping holes in roofing. RBI owner refused to believe his company was responsible even though I sent pictures and statement by a reputable solar company. The solar company said an insufficient number of clamps were used and the clamps in place were not installed correctly.

Fast friendly and professional! Did a great job with our new roof in a very timely manner as well. They did an excellent job at cleanup too! We’re so very pleased with the result!

He assisted us with our insurance claim when we had questions. His roofers made sure to keep our property clean after they were finished.
