Do not Use these Builder they refuse to stand behind their warranty refuse to fix problems! They built my home in 2000 the basement ceiling is sinking because they didn't put in the needed support beam ! I had a construction engineer out recently who said it's should have been installed now I'm stuck fixing another one of their mistakes that they refuse to stand behind! Their outside door are very poor quality I had a structural engineer come back and look atl it the photos shown is the pantry walls pulling away from ceiling! Because Raymond Drake home did not put a support beam in the floor span ! It has sun over a inch because of this ! They refused to fix the problem they claimed it was just settling cracks and that's not covered under warranty!! This will cost me over 18,000 dollars

Raymond B Drake Homes built a beautiful custom house for us. There were no issues in the construction process. From writing the purchase agreement, all the way through to the closing was a pleasant experience! We love our Drake built home, and are so glad we chose his company to build the home for our family. We worked with Drake Construction to build our dream home. We entered into a legal Purchase Agreement with the builder, added on about $30k worth of upgrades and changes which were agreed upon by both Drake Construction and us. We signed this purchase agreement with an agreed upon price on 1/29/2021. Soon after, we met with the builder in their office in Maple Grove. We agreed upon the changes, signed the blue prints, and got our homework to setup appointments and pick out our items we were to have in our dream home. We did this well within their timeline given. I continued to follow up with their agent but after months of work not starting I asked my realtor for help. He contacted me stating he received an email from Drake Construction's realtor that they were no longer going to bu

I had Ray build my house 27 years ago. Not an evil contractor...just not a good one either. I've had to correct, at my own expense, all the mistakes his crew made while building my home. Expensive. I now have a great home...no thanks to Ray's crew.
