Ray Phoenix Apartments

We stopped by Ray Phoenix recently and had such a great experience. The community manager was genuinely kind and welcoming, and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in what is being created here. She showed us the interiors and finish styles, and I was honestly blown away. The homes feel unique, thoughtfully designed, and exactly what I would look for in a space. There is something really special about this community, and it definitely left a lasting impression.

This new highrise is absolutely stunning, the furnished studios and spacious penthouse floorplans are so impressive. The team here is attentive and so accommodating, I am looking forward to making my new home at Ray Phoenix!

I did a FaceTime tour of the one-bedroom loft and was absolutely obsessed. The natural light is amazing, and the cement floors with floor-to-ceiling windows make it feel so modern and open. You can tell right away it’s going to be really quiet, which I loved. Even touring virtually, the space completely sold me. Highly recommend checking it out!

I’ve been working with Lauren, the Community Manager, for the past month and I’m beyond excited to tour this community and make it my new home. The multilevel floor plans are stunning, especially the townhomes—and the closets are HUGE! I love that it’s a smaller, boutique-style community right in the heart of downtown. The gated access and on-site security are extremely important to me and give me so much peace of mind. The floor-to-ceiling windows are absolutely beautiful and really set this place apart. Thank you so much for all your help so far, Lauren—I can’t wait to move in!
